The Gabriel Cosmetics Dual Powder Foundation has a non-drying, velvety texture and smooths out imperfections beautifully. If you have dry skin and want to try a powder foundation, this is a great choice because it doesn’t overly mattify and allows your skin to breathe while smoothing out any texture.
I love that this foundation did not accentuate any pores or dryness on my face and blended into my skin naturally. This reminds me of the Kosas Cloud Set because it takes away shine but allows your skin’s natural glow to peek through. This foundation could also be used as a setting powder!
For my combination skin, I will apply a more mattifying powder over the Gabriel Dual Powder Foundation next time, since I get rather oily after 3 hours or so.
The Gabriel Dual Powder Foundation may work best for people with a dry skin type who want to try a powder foundation. Combination or oily skin types may want to use a mattifying powder over the top.
