The Jones Road Neutralizer Pencil is a fantastic way to detail-correct under-eye circles! I am seriously so excited that this product exists and is clean. Most correctors I’ve used are creamy or runny and they don’t stay in place amidst the textured skin under my eyes. But a corrector in a pencil form that can be sharpened? Genius 🙂 Plus, it settles into my lines the LEAST out of every other corrector or concealer I’ve tried. I love that it is slightly creamy, but still adheres to my skin.

How I Apply It
I apply the Jones Road Neutralizer Pencil under my eyes where I have the most darkness (usually the inner corner and into the outer ridge of my under-eye circle) and gently blend with this concealer brush before I apply The Face Pencil. Some days all I need is this Neutralizer Pencil because it really cuts down on the darkness! Especially on days when I don’t want to wear as much makeup.
My shade for under-eyes is Fair Pink.
