I am ecstatic that the Jones Road Face Pencil is clean! This, combined with The Neutralizer Pencil is everything I didn’t realize my dark under-eye circles needed. It is so convenient to use under my eyes because it is sharpened to a point to target those dark ridges. This makes it super easy to pinpoint and conceal those hard-to-conceal spots like the deep ridge around my under-eye circles and my inner eye corners. The formula glides on smoothly but settles much less than most concealers I’ve used (yay!). So for me, watery (and even most cream) concealers just cannot compete. I also find this pencil is excellent at concealing blemishes and lasts the whole day. One thing to note is that it is not as creamy as The Neutralizer Pencil and it can look dry if I do not blend it enough. Also, if you have a lot of loose skin under your eyes you may want to check out some creamier concealers instead. The Jones Road Face Pencil comes in 25 shades. My shade is 02.

How I Apply It
After color-correcting with the Jones Road Neutralizer Pencil, I apply the Jones Road Face Pencil wherever I want to brighten, usually the inner corner of my eye and into the outer ridge of my under-eye circle. I gently blend it with this concealer brush. To conceal blemishes I simply swipe it over my blemish and blend for opaque, long-lasting coverage.
