I live in a dry climate and I sometimes struggle with dry lips. However, the Mineral Fusion Lip Pencil pencil does not skip at all – even over a dry patch. I find them to be long-lasting for a lip pencil. I love the shade “splendid” as it matches the color of my lips and looks really natural. They come in 4 different neutral shades.
