The Plume Nourish & Define Refillable Brow Pencil is very delicate and glides on smoothly, so you do not have to use much pressure at all. I find it to be soft and it applies very naturally – it almost looks like a powder. I use the shade Chestnut Decadence, which is a slightly cool medium brown shade. Though it faded slightly in the inner corners of my eyebrows toward the end of an 8-hour day, it looked natural and not patchy as it faded. The barrel is slightly wider than many brow pencils I’ve used, but it is very lightweight.
The pencil itself is perhaps the tiniest amount thicker than the Gxve Brow Pencil but still quite thin. It is a few dollars more than other brow pencils on the market, but it comes with a refill. It comes in 6 shades. If you buy it on Amazon, please be aware that different shades may be in multiple listings.
As a bonus, it contains an ingredient called Coleus Forskohlii Root Oil, which works synergistically with Organic Castor Oil to promote hair growth while defining brows. It’s a win-win!
