The Roen Beauty Vow Brow Pencil is now one of my favorite brow pencils! As you can see in my video, I wasn’t sure about it at first. After using it once or twice, I no longer experience any “globs” that come off when I apply it. It is ultra-fine and lightweight. It looks so natural, like a powder, and the shade Medium is perfect for me. Additionally, it isn’t so creamy that it smudges or wears off easily but it’s still easy to wipe away if you make a mistake. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a natural brow look that lasts all day.
