The Tower 28 Swipe Serum Concealer is a lightweight, liquid/serum buildable-to-full-coverage concealer that covered my dark under-eye circles and lasted 8 hours! It has a natural, skin-like finish and is quite hydrating – I think it would be great if you have dry skin as it did not seem to cling to any dry patches. As with most concealers, this settles into lines somewhat, but less so than others (see below for application tips!). I love that the Tower 28 concealer adheres to my skin better than other hydrating concealers I’ve tried. It comes in 20 shades. I got shade 2.0 BU, but shade 3.0 CC would probably work for me as well.
The packaging is made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic as part of Tower 28’s commitment to sustainable packaging.

How I Apply It
- A little goes a long way. I apply the concealer with the doe foot applicator or this brush onto the inner corner of my eye and in the outer ridge of my under-eye circle, and blend inward using this concealer brush. Then, I spot conceal around the under-eye ridge with this detail concealer brush if necessary. See this this video for a demo.
- To minimize settling/creasing and extend wear time, I use as little product as possible on areas with deeper lines, and I use my method in this video using this powder and powder puff.
